Organizing your fundraiser

We have put together some easy steps to help you run your fundraiser. Start organizing it at least 4 weeks out.

Step 1:

You may need to gain interest from your Fundraising committee or parent community, if so you can down load our poster and we are happy to supply you with an apron sample so as the whole team can see the quality of the product and fundraising potential. Simply email or call.

Step 2:

Send a letter out to parents introducing the fundraising event complete with order sheet and payment details. We have a sample letter and order sheet for your convenience. What price you put on the aprons is up to you, they are regularly sold for $15 for one and $12 for subsequent aprons ordered. By offering a savings for multiple orders, you will be surprised at how many parents order more than one.

Step 3:

Remember to check paints in the cupboard. If you need advise on what to use, please call us or refer to our paint information for more guidelines regarding colours and quantity.

Step 4:

Fax/email/phone/post order through to us. Freight guide lines are in our “How to order” section.

Step 5:

Enlist helpers on the day/s. Four parents at least will help the activity run more smoothly. One to organize the children, one or two to paint hands and do the printing, one to wash little hands.

Step 6:

Staple ironing instructions for heat sealing the paint to each apron tie. When completely dry, distribute to parents. You will be overwhelmed by the interest in the aprons. We are use to sending out backup orders, so please don’t hesitate to call.
